Tim Monihan and Farmers Insurance recognize senior Brooklyn Kluttz as the eighth Player of the Week for the winter sports season.

“She was on two of our first place relay teams, she has just worked super hard this season to cut time, [and] she’s been a good leader,” head coach Robin Huggins said. “I wish I had a lot of her on our team.”

Since her first year on the swim team as a freshman, Kluttz has demonstrated a great deal of leadership, which accounts for her position as team captain. Her hard work and dedication is paying off.

“I think that I put a lot of hard work and effort into the team,” Kluttz said. “I love getting to swim with my friends and make new memories.”

Kluttz qualified for state in the 200 yard medley relay and the 200 yard freestyle relay.
