Tim Monihan and Farmers Insurance recognize junior wrestler Rowan Frazer as the fifth Player of the Week for the winter sports season.

“I think I was chosen just by working hard and doing what I’m supposed to do,” Frazer said.

Frazer displays a great work ethic and always shows up to practice to do his best. He has been consistent with his drive during practice, being a starter all season.

“Rowan had a really good week a couple weeks ago at the Spartan Duals,” head coach John Steiner said. “He’s been a very consistent wrestler, and he’s been a starter for us all season at 165.”

This season Frazer has 15 wins, eight of them being by pins.

Varsity wrestling travels to Lamar County High School for a match on January 22.
