Tim Monihan and Farmers Insurance recognize senior Taylor Ratinaud as the third Player of the Week for the spring sports season. 

“I play a big role on offense,” Ratinaud said. “[I am] accurate with my shots, work well all around, and try to get my teammates involved.”

Ratinaud plays midfield for the Panthers. Through seven games this season, he has scored 28 goals and assisted on 8 more. He has only given up six turnovers. 

“He has been consistent for the team all year, playing well on offense and defense,” head coach Jeff Schmidlkofer said. “He is one of our top 4 or 5 players.”

The team is currently 5-2 overall and 1-0 in region play. Their most recent game was a 12-8 loss to Buford on March 9.

The boys lacrosse team travels to Newnan tonight to play against Northgate. The Panthers return home to host South Forsyth on March 16.
