JV baseball had a commanding win over Mcintosh, 6-0. Freshman Seth Lanson pitched a 3-hit complete game and struck out a batter.
“I just really focused on throwing strikes and trusting my guys behind me,” Lanson said. “Trusting my mechanics and overall just having fun playing the game.”
Freshman Tanner Ivaska led the Panther offense with a multi-hit game.
“We stay focused on our goal of winning,” Ivaska said. “I just try to have fun.”
Four other players also scored runs which helped the Panthers victory.
“We’re going to keep it light, we’re going to keep it fun, but we’re going to play a certain way,” head coach Walt Ellison said.
The JV baseball season is now complete. The team finished 10-4.
