What did you enjoy about this film/series?
“I enjoy the nostalgia. There’s a lot of old fashioned stuff. One of the funniest scenes is that when the floor opens up in the dance hall and there’s a swimming pool up under it, people fall in the pool when they’re dancing. That’s one of the funniest scenes,” Little said. “I enjoy the end of it, but the middle part, when it gets hard to watch, is a struggle. But I really enjoy the end of it. And honestly at the very, very end they actually recognize teachers as some of the greatest people.”
What motivated you to watch this film/series?
“I enjoy watching it every year,” Little said.
What was the most memorable part of this film/series?
“There are a couple of cinematography or cinematic things that were kind of epic. These extreme close ups,” Little said. “Otherwise, I would say the repetitive lines over and over. I just enjoy saying the lines over and over.”
How is this film/series different from others that you have watched?
“‘Cause of the age, it’s in black and white, that might be one thing,” Little said. “It’s just more old fashioned. Today’s movies, today’s commercials, everything changes every five seconds and these scenes are longer.”
What other films similar to this one would you recommend?
“Similar in the sense that it’s old-fashioned and Christmas, I would say ‘White Christmas’ with Bing Crosby,” Little said.
“It’s A Wonderful Life” is streaming on Xumo Play, PLEX, and Amazon Prime Video for free.
