Senior Zariyah Dogan recently watched the movie “One Fast Move.”
“One Fast Move” is an action movie with a slight romantic light shown throughout. The movie follows a young rising motorcycle racer, Wes Neal, who was abandoned by his father at a young age. However, Neal reunites with his father later in life and is able to rekindle their relationship slowly throughout the film with the help of show owner Camila. Along with the main story, there is also a side plot with Neal and Camila forming a ‘flirt-mance’ throughout the film.
“One Fast Move” stars KJ Apa who rose to fame with his role of Archie Andrews in “Riverdale.” The film also stars Maia Reficco who starred in a Latin Nickelodeon show “Kally’s Mashup.” The film was directed by Kelly Blatz who also has directed “Senior Love Triangle” and acted in “Loren & Rose.”
What did you enjoy about this film?
“I liked that it was an action and romance movie,” Dogan said.
What motivated you to watch the movie?
“I saw a clip of it on TikTok,” Dogan said.
What was the most memorable part of the movie?
“It didn’t really focus on the romance part, and it was mostly a story about not giving up on your dreams,” Dogan said.
How is this film different from others you have watched?
“It’s different from others because it’s about racing, and I’m not a racing type of gal,” Dogan said.
What other films similar to this one do you recommend?
“I recommend “A Quiet Place: Day One,” cause it’s action and has romance,” Dogan said.
