What did you enjoy about this film/series?
“‘Stranger Things’ was so good,” Sexton said. “I really enjoyed the way they developed the plot throughout each of the seasons, and all of the character growth that occurred as well.”
What motivated you to watch this film/series?
“I got on the bandwagon a little bit late,” Sexton said. “I had heard that it was really good, and I had people that recommended it to me. I can certainly say I recommend it to other folks as well.”
What was the most memorable part of the film/series?
“The two scenes that stick up in my mind are when they revealed number one,” Sexton said. “The other scene that really sticks out is when they were having the battle in the mall, and I can’t remember his name, but he ended up dying.”
How is this film series different from others that you have watched?
“I like the way that they took the supernatural and turned it into something that is not strictly scientific, but does not also try to fit the scientific mold,” Sexton said. “And in that way it fits maybe more of a fantasy category that I really enjoy.”
What other films are similar to this one would you recommend?
“‘Ghostbusters’ would be one, and ‘The Thing’ is so cheesy you got to go back and watch the original one from the 1960s as well,” Sexton said.
The fifth and final season of “Stranger Things” is expected to air in 2025. All episodes can be streamed on Netflix.
