“Dancing with the Stars” is set to premiere its 32nd and possibly final season.
Fourteen teams will compete against one another each week to become the champions of the show. This time, the show will premiere on a Tuesday night and feature a new co-host, new celebrities, and new judges.
Previous winner Julianne Hough will host alongside Alfonso Ribiero. The other judges are Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba and “Britain’s Got Talent” judge Bruno Tonioli.
“Dancing with the Stars” is a reality show where each week teams compete against each other in a themed dance competition. One or two teams with the lowest scores are eliminated until only one winning pair remains.
Each team includes a professional dancer and a celebrity who has not danced. Each team also has their own choreographer. The winners of “Dancing with the Stars” earn the Mirror Ball trophy and $50,000. Last year’s winners were Mark Ballas and Charli D’Amelio.
Season 32 begins at 8 p.m. on September 26. It will air on Disney+ every Tuesday and will be available the following day on Hulu and ABC. Each episode is scheduled to last approximately two hours.
