Cheers to it being a big win weekend for Georgia teams with the Falcons beating San Francisco 28-14, and UGA beating Vanderbilt 55-0. Unfortunately, the Braves were eliminated from the MLB playoffs.

Cheers to the cold front coming in this week. Not to jinx it this early but… “It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.”

Cheers to flag football’s inaugural season. They have games tonight at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Carrollton High School.

Cheers to all the Starr’s Mill students who made All-State Orchestra. Way to go!

Jeers to Adam Sandler day. We think everyone can agree that there are way better ways to spend HOCO week.

Jeers to bad AirBnBs. If we wanted to be cramped and uncomfortable, we would stay in a hotel. 

Jeers to benchmark tests that don’t count toward your grade. Who wants to waste 50+ minutes just to be told their test doesn’t affect them?

Jeers to flu season. I’m sick, you’re sick, we’re all sick, and it stinks. 

Jeers to airport food costing a bunch of money. If you’re already paying tons for a ticket, I am sure you don’t want to also drop tons of money on coffee and a crummy sandwich.
