January 31 saw the TSA-hosted Smash Bros Ultimate tournament.

Junior Gabriel Tasonis took first place in the contest, winning the $15 GameStop gift card after a four bracket tournament.  The last match saw Gabriel using Joker, from the Persona game series, versus Cloud, from Final Fantasy.

Senior Lexi Grove, president of the TSA, thanked everyone for attending the event.

”We had a really great turnout,” Grove said.

After the turnout this year, the tournament might become an “annual event” in coming years.

As a successful event for TSA, Ober encourages anyone interested to join the TSA club. For more information, visit CTE teacher Rob Bell in room 813.
